• In the fall of 1991 Jane affiliated with (then Prudential)
Stiefvater Real Estate and has since become one of their most

Joseph Durin Stiefvater

Joe is a 55year resident of Pelham who attended Iona College and graduated from theState Department’s School of Languages in Arlington, Va. After three years with the 500th Military Intelligence Group during the Vietnam War, he returned to Pelham and married his childhood sweetheart, Jan Devitt. Joe and Jan’s three children all attended Pelham schools. After 8 years as a Village of Pelham trustee and also its acting Administratorfor several years, Joe was Pelham’s Mayor for 13 years…all of which could be a Pelham Village record! A record, certainly, for citizenship, community participation and involvement.

Judy was born in VA, educated at the Univ. of Va., and taught
mathematics in high school for several years in VA before moving
to NYS. Judy moved with her family to Pelham in 1979. Her son
Tas and daughter Candace both attended Pelham schools and graduated
from PMHS. Her husband Ray has a medical consulting firm. Judy
has been active in Real Estate in Pelham since 1984, consistently
been one of the top producers in her office, and is presently
a director of the Westchester-Putnam Multiple Listing Service.
