Cathy Maher Smith Stiefvater Real Estate Agent

Cathy has been a Pelham resident for over seventeen years, was born and raised in New Rochelle, attended Blessed Sacrament Grammar School, The Ursuline School, and then graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After living in Greenwich, CT for four years, Cathy and her husband, Ed, moved to Pelham in 1990, shortly after the birth of their son. The Smiths have two children, Kevin and Clare, who attended Pelham Middle School and Colonial Elementary School, where Cathy was involved in both the PTA and Site-Based Council.

Cathy has a strong background in television production as a Producer on “Guiding Light” for nearly 10 years, and prior production experience on “Search for Tomorrow” and “The Edge of Night”. Her expertise in scouting and shooting locations, overseeing studio tapings and promotional campaigns, as well as maintaining show budgets accounted for her success in Daytime television.
